But how do you know if you've painted a big enough vision and if your employees are motivated to do their best?   In the management of a clinic, it is common for each owner to have their own method to carry out the monthly settlement of their doctors. From the clinic management software ,  Ci3  we have created a new a settlement report whose main objective is to be flexible enough to allow any owner to reproduce their settlement system. For this we have new configuration tools and a report that will provide us with the necessary information to carry out the settlement.
